The top photo shows the Himalyan mountain range viewed from Dochula pass in Bhutan. Some of the peaks are over 7,000 metres above sea level The photo below shows Mount Everest, the world's tallest mountain
(8,848 metres). To its right is the fourth tallest peak, Lhotse.
The ridge on the left is Nuptse, about number 20 on the list of tallest
peaks. This photo was taken from a Drukair flight between Delhi and
Bhutan in December 2010.
